Security, Retention and Your Account Rights

Every account at h8ssrms is protected by a combination of encryption, access controls and documented retention policies.

Data Encryption in Transit

All data exchanged between your device and our servers — including payment confirmations via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe — is encrypted using TLS. This applies whether you are on the mobile site or the desktop lobby, at all times.

Cookie Policy and Consent

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand how the lobby is navigated. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time through the settings panel in your account, and non-essential cookies will be cleared immediately.

Account Security Controls

Your account password is stored as a salted hash — we never hold it in plain text. Two-step verification is available for login and withdrawal actions, and any unrecognised device attempting access triggers an email alert to your registered address.

Data Retention Schedule

Transaction records and account activity logs are retained for the period required under applicable law in India. Once that period expires, data is deleted from live systems. You may request a copy of retained data at any time through the Help Centre.

Right to Correct Your Data

If any account detail we hold is inaccurate — your name, address, linked payment method — you can request a correction through the policy support inbox. We will process and confirm the change within five business days of verifying your identity.

Right to Close Your Account

You may request full account closure at any point. On closure, your active wallet balance will be returned to the UPI, Paytm or PhonePe method used for your most recent deposit, and your personal data will enter the statutory retention period before deletion.

Access to the platform depends on local law and is available where local law in India permits. The terms are written to align with applicable Indian statute on data protection and consumer rights. Jurisdiction for any formal dispute sits with the courts relevant to your registered address in India.

Submit a data access request through the Help Centre or by emailing the policy inbox. We will verify your identity against the account and send you a structured export of your account data, transaction history and communication logs within the timeframe required under applicable law.

Yes. You may submit a deletion request at any time. We will remove your personal data from live systems once the statutory retention period for your transaction records has been met. We will confirm the deletion schedule in writing when your request is acknowledged.

Your payment method details are used solely for processing deposits and returning withdrawals. On account closure, the wallet balance is returned to your most recent linked UPI, Paytm or PhonePe account. Payment credentials are then deleted in line with our retention policy.

Raise a dispute through live chat or the policy inbox. A dedicated agent will acknowledge your case within 24 hours and provide a written summary of next steps. If the matter is not resolved at first contact, it is escalated to a senior policy reviewer within three business days.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in applicable Indian law or platform features. When material changes are made, we will send a notification to your registered email address at least seven days before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the account after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The same account terms apply regardless of which payment method you use. Paytm, PhonePe and UPI transactions are each governed by the wallet terms of those third-party providers in addition to our platform terms. We recommend reading both sets of terms before transacting.
